quick dessert for Shabbat

Very quickly because I must go get the kids - cut up a bunch of plums and put them in a greased dish that goes in the over, maybe even a pie dish. Melt 1-2 tablespoons butter. Mix up one egg and one egg yolk with 1/2 cup sugar, then add 1/2 cup flour. Add the butter & mix. Spoon it on top of the plums. Bake at 350 until brown and crispy on top. This is Aunt Eva's recipe, made worse by me. You can also use peaches. Shabbat shalom!!!!
